1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines that govern your use of mapifast / mapifast (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:
- Illegal Content: Using the Service to generate, analyze, or distribute illegal content, including child exploitation material, terrorism-related content, or content that promotes violence or harm.
- Abuse of API/Automated Access: Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means to access the Service or its underlying APIs without explicit permission. Attempting to bypass rate limits or token accounting.
- Impersonation and Phishing: Using the Service to impersonate individuals or organizations, or to generate content for phishing or other fraudulent activities.
- Copyright Infringement: Using the Service to mass-process copyrighted material for the purpose of piracy, redistribution, or circumvention of paywalls and access controls.
- Spam and Malicious Content: Using the generated outputs to send spam, unsolicited communications, or to distribute malware.
- Harassment and Hate Speech: Using the Service to analyze or generate content that harasses, bullies, or attacks individuals or groups based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
3. Fair Usage of AI Resources
Our platform relies on expensive AI compute resources. While we offer generous token allowances on our paid plans, usage must remain within reasonable human limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive patterns, such as:
- Attempting to process hundreds of videos concurrently.
- Using scripts to continuously ping the inference endpoints.
- Account sharing across multiple unassociated users to avoid paying for multiple seats.
4. Enforcement Actions
We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend your account.
- Permanently terminate your account without a refund.
- Report the activity to law enforcement if it involves illegal content.
