About
Transmuting passive content into structured intelligence.
MapMind started as a small experiment in 2024 - a single Python script that turned a YouTube transcript into a mindmap. Today it is an agentic knowledge OS used by students, researchers, and operators who refuse to let a 90-minute video disappear into their watch history.
What we believe
Knowledge work should be visible. A mindmap is the smallest, most honest visualization of how an idea actually fits together — and the right canvas to attach research, decisions, quizzes, and the next watch on top of.
How we build
- Agentic by default — every flow is a LangGraph state machine, not an API call.
- Open standards — MCP, ProseMirror, ReactFlow, Yjs, Stripe, Notion. Nothing proprietary that we can avoid.
- Single-player first — collaboration only matters once one user gets a 10× win solo.
- Built by a small team. Made in India.
